The Department has established specialized clinics such as the snoring clinic, allergic rhinitis clinic, and the deafness, tinnitus, and vertigo clinic. We are dedicated to addressing health issues related to the ear, nose, throat, hearing, and balance for people throughout their entire life cycle, safeguarding patients' vital functions such as hearing and balance, smell and breathing, and vocalization and swallowing.

Specialty clinics:

Deafness, tinnitus, and vertigo clinic: Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of various peripheral vertigo conditions such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and motion sickness (e.g., car sickness, sea sickness); rehabilitation for tinnitus; comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for various types of hearing loss; hearing aid fitting and therapy; and correction of auricular deformities.

Hearing and balance center: Diagnosis and treatment for patients with symptoms such as hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo. Routine examinations currently offered include infrared video-nystagmography (VNG) for oculomotor system examination, infrared VNG for caloric testing, video head impulse test (vHIT), diagnosis and repositioning for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, vertigo assessment scales, otoscopy, pure-tone audiometry, acoustic immittance, speech discrimination, tinnitus matching, auditory brainstem response (ABR), otoacoustic emissions (OAE), and Eustachian tube function testing.

Snoring clinic: We routinely provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for adult and pediatric sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (snoring), uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP), low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy, low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy, CPAP therapy, and polysomnography.

Minimally invasive surgery: Functional endoscopic sinus surgery, endoscopic surgery for laryngeal and voice disorders, and various otoscopic middle ear surgeries.

Early screening for head and neck tumors: adopt electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscopy combined with electronic staining for early cancer screening of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, laryngeal cancer, and hypopharyngeal cancer.
